Xero connector

Xero connector is a Databricks data engineering capability, introduced October 2026.

A managed Lakeflow Connect connector that ingests accounting data such as invoices, payments, contacts, and bank transactions from Xero into Databricks.

• The tables about money are the ones without a past: invoices, payments, bank transactions and five other VARIANT-column tables skip SCD Type 2, so history covers 15 of its 23 tables. 🔗
• Bring your own app: the only way in is OAuth user-to-machine, through a Xero OAuth 2.0 app that you create yourself. 🔗

⚠ Limitations: Beta, turned on from the Previews page. OAuth U2M only (no M2M, username/password, or API key); no API-based row filtering; SCD Type 2 on 15 of 23 tables only; no schema evolution for data type changes, and a column rename needs a full refresh. 🔗
