Amplitude connector

Amplitude connector is a Databricks data engineering capability, introduced August 2026.

A managed Lakeflow Connect connector that ingests Amplitude product analytics event data, plus event, cohort and annotation metadata, into Databricks.

• It moves your product analytics out of the product analytics tool: raw events plus the event, cohort and annotation metadata around them. 🔗
• It authenticates with a pair of keys from one Amplitude project - the API Key and the Secret Key. 🔗

⚠ Limitations: API key and secret authentication only; no API-based row filtering, no data type changes in schema evolution, and a column rename requires a full refresh. 🔗
