SurveyMonkey connector
SurveyMonkey connector is a Databricks data engineering capability, introduced October 2026.
The managed Lakeflow Connect connector that ingests SurveyMonkey surveys, survey structure, collectors, responses and contacts into Databricks over OAuth U2M.
- On a Basic plan during the app's 90-day draft period it quietly stops at the first 25 responses per survey - no error, just fewer answers.
- Canada gets no folders: the survey folders endpoint is unavailable for Canadian users, so a pipeline with survey_folders fails on a ca connection.
- A survey with more than 1,000 questions is simply skipped, while the rest sync normally.
Limitations: Only 11 prebuilt tables; eight are re-read in full each run and can use most of the app's daily request limit. Deletes are not captured for surveys, survey_details and survey_responses (full refresh to remove them). start_datetime defaults to 365 days before the first sync. Deploying the required private app needs a SurveyMonkey Enterprise plan.
