Smartsheet connector

Smartsheet connector is a Databricks data engineering capability, introduced May 2026.

The managed Lakeflow Connect connector that ingests Smartsheet sheets and reports into Databricks, authenticating with OAuth U2M.

• Smartsheet column names can contain spaces, commas and parentheses, so the connector turns on Delta column mapping - and the price is that its tables can't be read as streaming sources or carry a change data feed. 🔗
• There is no incremental mode at all: every pipeline run is a full refresh of the destination table. 🔗
• Before any OAuth app exists, Smartsheet itself has to approve your Developer Tools registration - and if it says no, the docs send you to your Customer Success Manager. 🔗

⚠ Limitations: No incremental sync - every run is a full refresh. Delta column mapping means no streaming reads, no change data feed, and readers need Databricks Runtime 10.4 LTS or above. Up to 250 tables per pipeline. 🔗
