Confluence connector
Confluence connector is a Databricks data engineering capability, introduced December 2025.
A managed Lakeflow Connect connector that ingests Confluence Cloud spaces, pages, blogposts, attachments, labels and classification levels into Databricks.
- Attachments arrive as a description, not a file - filename, size, content type and upload date, but never the attachment itself.
- Filtering by space is ignored for labels and attachments, because the Confluence API does not say which space they come from.
- Move a page to another space and the destination keeps its old spaceId; restore a deleted page and it is not reingested at all.
Limitations: Confluence Cloud only, with OAuth U2M only. Does not ingest ACLs, page comments, archived spaces or attachment file contents. Hard deletes (purges) and space deletions need a full refresh, moved pages keep their old spaceId, and restored records are not reingested. Up to 250 tables per pipeline.
