• For a few weeks in the spring of 2026 the simplified business UI was simply called 'Genie' - Databricks reusing the name of its conversational-analytics feature for the whole front door - before June's rename tacked on 'One' to disambiguate. 🔗
• For a few weeks the AI/BI release notes literally said the simplified interface 'has been renamed to Genie. The feature and its capabilities are unchanged.' 🔗
